FEEDBACK
Week 11
- Overall looks good. Can add branding to the photos in brand story
- Keep in mind the envelope usually has a margin on the bottom for barcodes to be printed
- Can amend the logo, use outlines or lighter orange instead of yellow
Week 9
- change the target audience page to follow the style of the other pages
- change the full image pages to one single image only
- maintain the tone for the images, edit them to have the same tone as page 9
- replace the images to form a more cohesive photo style
REFLECTION
Experience
To be honest, I don't think there was much to do for this part but rather a few minor changes here and there every week to further improve our existing brand guidelines. I did add more interactive elements because I didn't have enough time to create more interactions during BCI. I do like the updated version now as it does look more cohesive and cleaner in general.
Observation
I observed the many different navigations done by seniors and our classmates and I could see how good navigations blends in together with the rest of the layout yet stands out just enough for the viewer to recognize it as the navigation.
Findings
I found a few new ways to make our guidelines more interactive and it was quite fun to play around with it but in the end, I wanted to keep mine simple.
