FINAL REFLECTION

The past 14 weeks have been a great learning experience overall as we went through the many principles of design. Initially, I thought this was just going to be like another Design Basics module but I was wrong. Design Principles was different in the sense we actually had a lot more designing than thinking about the theory part. Sure we had to think about theory in this module too but not as much as we analyzed in Design Basics. Design Principles also allowed me to explore many different art styles and such. If I had one regret, it would be not exploring physical art and crafts. This module has molded me into spotting design principles wherever I go now which I point out to my friends (in which they provide an annoyed response as we already hear enough of it in class HAHA). All in all, this module essentially made me more aware of the way I create designs to include the principles instead of just designing for the sake of looking good.

END.
