After some self-evaluation, I decided to go ahead with the second and fourth
layout and refined them.
After making some changes from feedback during class, below are my final

FEEDBACK
Week 6
General feedback: N/A
Specific feedback: N/A
Week 7
General feedback: Great ideas, just need to do some adjustments.
Specific feedback:
Layout 1: Good idea using morse code, nice stacking of text & good sense of alignment.
Layout wise is really good but font size is too small.
Layout 2: Also good idea, do some adjustments for alignment.
REFLECTION
Experience
I had a lot of fun on this task compared to the first. This is because as I got used to how typography works, the workflow became easier and more natural.
Observations
I realized that there are so many ways and different interpretations one can have to express a word in a layout. For follow, there were many ways I could have done it, but I was trying out a minimalistic approach.
Findings
I found that as I do more tasks and explore more in typography, I improve more and more each time. Hence, I will continue to play around with typograpphy even outside school work.

Fig 3.1 The Vignelli Canon
This book had a chapter titled Grids, Margins, Columns and Modules, which is why I chose to read this to help with the task. It explained that grids are important as it is how the content is organized, shows consistency, gives an orderly look and intellectual elegance. The smaller the module of the grid, the least helpful it is. For margins, the outside ones have to be small enough to create some tension between the page edges and the content.
